When questioned about our future and what we would like to achieve professionally, it is essential to become aware of what is out there. What Designers are doing? How do they meet? How are their workspaces?
Back in the years, plenty of offices around the globe understood that to have creative employees, the work environment should reflect what is expected from its works: creative and innovative spaces.

However, with the advancement of home offices and co-working spaces, things changed a bit. Employees don't have to physically be somewhere to work for a certain agency. This has a huge impact since it allows designers to work remotely, gathering and collaborating with different perspectives from various places to build a design concept. Now, it's up to us to decide what works best for our workflow and go for it!
